N390 steel. Considered to be a "supersteel". K390 is similar but has better edge retention and toughness.

You should review and collect bayonets. They are awesome.

Looks nice and well made, I think the steel and edge are the two most important factors in a knife though and you never really cover this or even briefly test them though.
