59:37 To answer this very question, I directly sent an email to Mr. Injeti Srinivas, who is the Chairperson of IFSCA, and this is the response I got: ""With reference to your email, I am directed to inform you that it would most likely be conducted at a 2-3 years interval.'""

Also, in this video Sarat sir stated there are about 150 sanctioned positions and only around 50 employes are working which is also not accurate because if you count the list of officers (list is provided in IFSCA website) there are currently about 105 employees working from Assistant manager to Chairperson and if you add 20 more assistant managers which are going to be selected this year than the total employee's strength will become 125.

Questions one should ask before joining any job
1-What value addition you will be doing in the job for improving the world (develpoment vs environment, poor vs rich, consumerism vs spiritualism)
2-Is the work good enough that you can work without the need of vacations?
3- Is the work good enough that you won't look at clock to shut down your laptop?
4- Would you be ready to that work if you are paid no money but your food/shelter/medical and other basic needs are taken care of?
5- As such jobs have monotonous work and new only when you are transferred to new department, would you like to spend your life doing those work?
