Giant Piano is located underneath King Street in the concourse that connects Roy Thomson Hall and Metro Hall.
The stairs can be found in the PATH that connects Roy Thomson Hall and Metro Hall adjacent to the St. Andrew subway stop.

When you walk on it, it plays music.

It seems that the company is encouraging people to avoid the escalator by providing a playful twist to a normal staircase. A sign at the bottom of the piano steps indicates that both taking the stairs and listening to music contribute to a person’s overall health.
