When characers have reached the entrance to the boss' lair, they will travel there through a gate that looks the same every time. They will hear this song, muffled, when being greeted by the gate attendant. If they have retrieved all the keys they need to advance, they'll be let through, and this song will play as they descend a stairway that looks exactly the same on every level, and that they can traverse in like 10 seconds if they keep a move on. It's just a framing device to create repetition and a sense of stylish foreboding. This song isn't a big deal and doesn't need to go that hard."
