I am knitting a fair isle sweater vest for my father for his 80th birthday and it is quite a challenge now as I am doing the decreases and trying to keep track of where I am on the chart. It’s so great to see you back at it. You did great! I love that you went to Vogue Knitting Live in New York and you chose to spend your precious yarn pennies on Kroy Sock Yarn!!! I live in rural Nova Scotia, Canada and our local “five and dime” general merchandise store is pretty much our LYS and in my opinion the best yarn they sell in there is the Kroy Sock yarn. It’s the only sock yarn in town. Haha. You’re correct about it being so hearty and durable. A real work horse of a yarn. I have also made the blue stripped ragg colourway many times.
