Today I caught my 8 year old son watching your bean, carrot and tomato harvest video. He had a pencil and pad in his hand and he was pausing so that he could write down every single tomato variety you had harvested so that we can keep a look out for them next year! We love your videos!

Whenever you take us out to your new property/garden, I always have a picture in my minds eye of how it was at the begining, barren and when I see the new growth/updates each time it just blows me away. Honestly, what a perfect example of determination, dreaming, planning and hard work looks like.

Amazing those bells are huge! Its always a great day when you can harvest your own crops..
To save some from our crop we diced them up put them on a cookie sheet and froze them. Next evening I put in a ziplock bag. When ever we need some just get a hand full from the freezer.

I like drying peppers that way, so pretty just hanging around. You can dry green beans that way also, it's called leather britches. lol
