Great video! And agreed - sticking with as much of a whole foods, plant based diet as you can, should get you all the natural antioxidants you need. Also helps with reducing inflammation & recovery 🥗🍌🥦🥔🥑🍒✌🌎

Great video, Im from Oklahoma, and got the chance to go out to San Francisco and work for 3 weeks, I was hoping to run into yall while I was there, it was a great place to run, especially up north of San Francisco. I hope to go back sometime.
