If you get rid of both arms, he wont attack, then when the spectre knight ahows up, run.
After you successfully escape, reinitiate combat immediately.

The knight's hands will still be gone, and the spectre kinght will still have to show up in a few turns.

(Tried on easy mode, not sure about other modes)

tips for new player
the spectre knight wont join him for a few turn (i believe its 3 turns till it appears) so its a must to immediately go for the right hand so he cant attack and finish the fight quickly
you can also use a explosive vial for a quick and easy fight if you a spare lying around

Ok the Salmon snake is actually a hilarious inside joke when you realize that the developers are Finnish.

The Finnish word for Dragon is Lohikäärme.
Lohi=Salmon
Käärme= Snake

So its a Dragon soul

Just avoid his ghost . Go to his tomb ; if u have a full party u can destroy all his armor pieces within 2 turns without him attacking u or summoning his ghost . Also legs sweep can get rid of both legs armor at once to save u time
