This is where I do appreciate the algorithm, serving up helpful content in a trying time. I've lost three loved ones in three years -- each one representing the past, future, and present. A great deal of pain and confusion, but after some time sitting with it, signs of hope to keep going. Liked the graphics that went with the narrative. Thank you.

About two years ago I suffered from severe anxiety and depression. I was studying industrial engineering, a career I was never passionate about, so I quit and got a job at a call centre. That same year, I tried commiting suicide, and I spent 6 days in a psychiatric hospital. After those 6 days, I got good medical assistance and found my real passion: journalism and writing. Now, I'm in second year of college, and though I still work for the call centre, I'm planning to quit soon. If it wasn't for that horrible experience I had, I wouldn't be as close of pursuing my dreams.

Took me 18 years to get over the Afghanistan war and even longer from my CPTSD. My journey of healing stared Aug 13 2015 when I was arrested because of my PTSD, TBI, which was triggered and my anger came out. 3 days later I walked into the VA and said I need help.

I thank all of my experiences of being alone in a family, hated by my brother, gaslit by my mom, PTSD, CPTSD, TBI, Chronic Depression, Anxiety, my physical injuries and the struggles of struggling all this time. It all lead me here where I love the world and respect it, and everything in it for I am no one. I am grateful for all I have, like Zeno of Citium I have started over after my ship has crashed and sunk, 4 times now.

PTG is real. Abuse, war, alcohol, haunting thoughts and dreams, losing my career - my dream - to disabilities and guilt can be overcome with what Mark is saying. Mark, you’re awesome. You’ve helped me see I am going in the right direction.

I good life can be lived even with nothing. Please, above all just know that everything Mark is saying is true. I’m living proof.

My husband died suddenly I recently and it’s so hard to see past this pain and sorrow to know that life has something more for me than my husband and I have

Totally agree…37 years in the Marines and experiencing wars from Vietnam to Iraq and Afghanistan has made me more appreciative of my health, and living with my family and friends.

Thank you!👍🏽

Suffering is a powerful teacher but the mind and soul must be strong otherwise you will break and become corrupted.

The worse pain we will experience on earth is the death of loved ones.

Exactly what I realised after painful experience in life, after 9 years of depression, stress, existential crisis, and other shit. Still have a lot of problems, but now I see them as potential opportunities to grow. Thank you for video! 💙❤️

This video has spoken to and now when I wake up tomorrow I have to change my life. I can't let all that I've been through be for nothing.

This feels 100% accurate. I am living through the war in Ukraine, and it has definitely changed me and my surrounding. Made me more empathetic, and it reminds of values other than work, but it also improved work skills (ironically), cos you stop worrying about some extra stuff

Hope, I am gonna make it to feel the relief and peaceful life again. Interesting to discover the way this feelings transform

Well done Mark. That was outstanding. I suffered from PTSD ... and still do. But those words were so significant I won't forget them. Thank you.

First Pilecki, now Dabrowski, nice choosing, not a lot of US people heard of them, I appreciate it.
Greetings from Warsaw.

Regarding survey, ordinary and extrwordinary stories from your travels around the world would be great. I think you have a lot stories to share
