With all the videos in Japan I've seen (hundreds, at least), I could never develop a fondness for the plastic foods being displayed. Until now. My mind has been awakened to the appreciation for the certified artwork that is wax food creation. Thanks, fella~! What sorts of wacky things will Mudan get up to tomorrow? (can't top this. I found the melonpan spread at an actual grocery store, but you might have better luck buying it online and getting it delivered. Theres also the version from kaldi coffee farm

I had to make my sister watch a couple of your videos because you've been hitting wagashi shops and my sister (and I) are big fans of wagashi.

The best daifuku I had on my last trip was in Kanazawa in the East Chayamachi area. I guess it usually has a long line but we went around lunchtime and everyone was looking for lunch and not dessert.

if you want melon bread with melon flavor in it grab one of the green ones at family mart. its got a neon orange melon custard in it and its amazing.
