A traditional college is not the only route to success.

Your child can learn a trade job and potentially come out making more than some graduates with a Bachelor degree (without the high debt as well).

Teach them how to save and invest their earnings too and it’s a win 🙌🏾

INSPIRING!! Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most people tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

This is encouraging! Looking at them, I can see they are at least 35+ years of age, starting a new career path; and that's where I'm at in my life right now, wanting something different than sitting still behind a computer for 8+/hrs a day. Thank you.

Trades are where it’s at kids.
-A degree SAYS you know how to do something.
-A certification PROVES you’ve already done it🤘🏻

Trades definitely aren't for everyone, but without going back to school to learn to weld I'd probably still be stuck in a dead end job, hating life and drinking my worries away every night. I wish I had made the switch earlier. Would 100% recommend it to those thinking about jumping in.

The trade is nice.. My mom want me to go to college but I trained as an electrician and a welder instead.. I'm betting on my theory that very few of the new generation do trades so it will increase the demand and salary..

Good high paying trades are wastewater, power plants, quarries, refineries and there’s more. Some of these will start you at 26-28 but top pay is usually 41-52 and more for some plants

Don’t forget that they absolutely don’t hire outside of friends and family. Terrible in my city. They will pass up blue chip candidates for their nephews who are on drugs.

We must also take into account how physically demanding these jobs are and how they will take a toll on your bodies in the long run.

To anybody who doesn't want to be a doctor, lawyer, Nurse, or all that stuff. Please, take a skill trade. I'm in contract I'm pissed. When I see plumbing, construction, HVAC contracts for 3 or 4 million dollars I'm sick over it!! Money I don't know how to make!
