What I admire about Sean is that he actually SELLS these products but he specifies "hey, these are good but if you don't take them it's completely fine."
He never lies to push a product or his channel and that's why so many people respect him.

The irony that plays in this is the overwhelming passion that you've had from the beginning, even if misplaced in some areas, is the drive that made you who you are today.

It is the same thing I have with being an author. This is a dream I've had from the very beginning and some 40 years later still pursue it and have learned to become more effective at it. But yes, in the beginning, we get hung up on the specifics.

But you are still a beast today, and I and hoping to be that accomplished author tomorrow.

LMAAOOO I’m kinda late into loving myself and I started working out 4months ago. I’m 26 and I started taking Creatine 2months ago. Now that I watched this, I feel stupid since I panicked a lot whenever I forget taking my daily dose of creatine 😆 thanks Sean. You’re the best

Just a quick thing- creatine is not healthy for everybody. Certain conditions like athsma do not mix well with creatine, so Id recommend you make sure that you'd be safe to take it before use

I don't take creatine, still put on 30lbs over a 1.5 year stretch of dedicated lifting. It was my first year so I don't expect that rate to continue.
I wanted to ask you, I am plateuing on my pull ups. I can only do 3 full body weight at most. I do slow negatives, lat pulldowns, and use the assisted pullup machine for doing 10 to get volume. On lat pulldowns I struggle to get 150lbs to my chin, and don't usually feel my back that much. Any advice?
