My son just got his kogan tv on sale and he loves it we paired it with with a Sanyo sound bar as the sound isn’t the best. It is quite a nice tv for the price and paired with the sound bar he is very happy with it

I got the series 9 50inch 4k UHD HDR tv on the way, I have never had a problem with Kogan and actually love their tv's and have tried everything from the series 8 to lower, its a great gaming TV aswell and netflix looks great aswell on it, all these reviews I noticed come from sliver spoon Karens and forget that no matter what tv you get when you set it up you get finger prints etc. But since the are more costly tv's people tend not to complain about them as they feel proud of what they have purchased but when they buy something cheap its a completly different story let alone Kogan tvs have been proven to have very similar colour levels as most high level/priced tv's, most people forget they have to change the settings to display 4k which obviously they didnt do hahahaah and even though the colours are great and screen they do sacrafice the sound quality so buying a dolby kogan soundbar is well worth it and should be seen as a necessity which yes they are cheap as chips

Thanks for taking the time to provide us with an honest, less than usually technical review.
Sadly Kogan's modus operandi is less than ethical but their products are reasonable value for the money paid.
They not only mislead their customers in the way you were mislead, delivery times, they are also absolute experts in marketing, which is a euphemism for convincing you that a turd is chocolate pudding. That's marketing 101.
It seems that many people expect "champagne at beer prices".
Rule #1 - You get what you pay for.
Rule #2 - If it seems to good to be true it usually is.
Ruslan Kogan is far smarter than any of the people that buy his products and thinking that he is running a benevolent,

Cleaners badly scratch the screen. Looks like they saw my video. Thank goodness. I'm glad I made a difference. Still don't know why you went ahead and bought one after seeing my video. I am shocked that they actually listened. We are talking about a brain dead company. Kogan televisions are very poor quality. You will have screen bleed on it. Without question. Even though their televisions are cheaper than others, you're always paying for a product that isn't faulty, not a product that is expected to be faulty because of the price you paid. And last I checked, 500 to 700 is still A LOT of money. It's not a little. So yeah. It's not a matter of getting what you pay for. It's a matter of getting something that isn't faulty, regardless what you paid. Else, they would advertise it as faulty television on special, just But they don't do that. They advertise it as a state of the art television that does everything for Anyway. You were lucky. For sure they called their supplier at the warehouse and said NO MORE TAPE OR STICKERS on the Like it takes a rocket scientist to figure that out LMAO !

I’ve had a 55” itch and 70” Kogan for about a 12 months, very happy with the Quality for the price paid, the 55” more plasticity but the 70” nice and sleek stylish, i paired mine with a higher end Sonos soundbar looks and sounds great, Only real issues I found it it struggles when you have too many apps installed, don’t think it has the brain power to process, it would freeze a lot, So did a factory reset and only installed the apps I use alot, it can also been abit sluggish browsing between sources and TV, you get use to it tho ha

Relieved the marks come off easily enough. Just purchased their QLED 65" 4K UHD HDR XQ9510 for $879 and their own $95 soundbar. Reviews on and off site seemed solid enough. :D

After reading and watching the amount of negative reviews from previous and recent customers I was shock ?
Although his price is almost half compare to others online and in stores especially well known electrical brands I am glad I didn’t purchase any from them and rather pay full price for the real thing not copied as their dishonesty !
Dick Smith online is own by them as well.
Good to research sellers reputation in reviews feedback first before buying 👌
