I, seriously, think this entire album is about his girlfriend (Jessica Grist). I know they broke up months ago. After 9 yrs together. And now, they're back together again. "Emily, " is about they're miscarriage. He actually wrote it, when he found out he was gonna be a dad. She miscarried quickly. It was awful. I think it contributed to the break up. Who knows? I know, "September, " is about Jess.
