The health care system is a mess, think about this if you're coming to Cape Breton. Cape Breton University is offering a partial solution in the Medical School they hope to create. Certainly, Dalhousie University in Halifax is not able to produce sufficient doctors to replace those retiring and satisfy the growing population.

The fog thing is true. I think that is why Halifax Stanfield International Airport was put so far inland away from the city of Halifax, because it was put in a location with less fog.

I love NS. Grew up there. But I'd never move back because of the lack of healthcare. So sad really because otherwise, it's a wonderful place to live.
