Is Topaz WORTH Your Pull...?

How strong is Topaz truly? In this video, I am gonna dive into that question and also share my nitpicks with you. Is she BIS for FUA teams with Feixiao & Dr. Ratio? Is she worth it when there's so much powercreep in HSR? How replaceable is she in her niche? Let's discuss!

My take that she is overall worth your pulls considering Feixiao and Ratio are some of the top DPSes and shes versatile, being good in Moc, AS and not bad in PF. Her lightcone is super cracked as well. And being able to enable DPS robin is kinda funny as she generates energy for her and maximizes Robins concerto damage. The only things is that she relies on other characters to carry her especially Robin and Feixiao

SHES WORTH IT. Pull her. Most fun unit in the game with all the teams you can use her in. Best Robin teammate too

I just got Robin for Feixiao yesterday, and I'm quite literally dry of Jades.

I won't push my luck further. I kinda like Topaz in a way, but she will have to wait. March 7th (and maybe Moze) will have to do the job for now.

I think there's more value for me saving to pull Acheron's LC and Aventurine.

"Investing in victory means playing the long game" this hint was her voice line that let me know that even back in 1.4 that she would be a great investment. My E1S1 makes her 100% irreplaceable for Dr Ratio giving her 3 debuffs by herself.

I got her E1 when she first came out PURELY for simping reasons. Then on her rerun I got her lightcone cause I managed to get Robin early and I could see the FuA meta on the horizon. I feel very vindicated right now with my E1S1 Topaz and E1S0 Robin. Yeah, I accidentally got Robin's E1 by accident at 2 pity the other day going for Moze eidolons after I pulled Feixiao.

Thanks for this video! I wasn't sure between Lingsha or Topaz for my account. I have E6 Gallagher for super break so that has helped with the Lingsha choice. However, this video has helped me lean more towards Topaz to upgrade my FUA team. My IPC team is complete

I hate the fact that we have to be so worried about power crept or how future-proof the character is when it comes to decision to pull
But then again, we have to accept that this is business and new characters = new product to sell so..smart pick everyone 😂

I feel like Robin + Topaz Synergy is pretty strong as well. Since Topaz attacks a lot, Robin also attacks a lot. She batteries both Feixiao and Robin pretty reliably due to how often her and Numby attacks.
I also feel like you didn't mention that (when talking about E2 Topaz) that Topaz using her ult makes any follow up pulls Numby to the front. More ults means Feixiao gets more attacks for her ult.

Topaz is worth the pull for her looks alone tbh but in all seriousness if you wanna pull her its best to pull for her E1 and S1 but that's expensive and that's where you run into the aspect of understanding that you have Moze and March 7th as better options where you can just use either of them and save the jades for future units you want.

She is really good on follow up teams and can complete them but I cant really recommend pulling on her only because you need to invest a bit much to really make her pop off. If you're willing to pull for the E1 or S1 or both than you will be in for a treat. For me i'm using Moze on my team and that's fine for me, he's the only 4 star but he's a very strong one.

Under normal circumstances I would always say to prioritize a character over an Eidilon, but if you already have a built Moze or M7, Robin E1 will give your team far more dmg than Topaz. And if your Moze is at E6, I'd say that you dont need Topaz at all.

As much as I like her look.... I really want to get Aventurine and his LC. Have a decently built E6 Moze. If on her next rerun she's still a good char to have, I'll invest and get her to e1s1.

I had a choice between Jingliu and Topaz when i first started on PS5 i chose Jingliu but i picked up Topaz on her rerun and i had Aventurine and Robin so i picked up Feixiao.
Next up Lingsha.
