That was very good I enjoyed that. I was thinking of how an Evangelist would handle preaching from a sovereign grace perspective verses an Arminian perspective.  I'm trying to firm that up in my mind for my next video.  This was helpful thank you.

This teaching is really neat!

It makes me remember how the learning taking place at this time is unprecendented in history.  People who are at odds theologically with a person can still learn from them, when otherwise they would not. Do you have any videos on what makes a heretic, and when to separate from them?

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.  (Dan. 12:4.)

How long will we have this gift of a free internet?
The devil has used it against the young men of the free nations.
But, how the Lord God has used it to place teachers in their stations!

1) I understand that we are not saved by works. What if I were to concede that faith is a work, but say that faith is not meritorious? What I mean is that the substance of faith does not save. God does not save us because we have faith. God saves us because of what Christ did. Faith is only the instrumental cause of justification. Is it work salvation if I view the work of faith as being the instrumental cause of justification? Is there anything wrong with that? Why is it bad to say that works are the means (instrument) of justification?

2) Why is justification from eternity, which I assume you believe, such a new doctrine? Did anybody believe it before the 16th century?

Pastor Wagner, first of all thank you for your presentation! I am in the process right now, of making a lesson plan for our Bible study. And my intention is to deliver a teaching on the ---> POWER OF SIN vs. THE PENALTY OF SIN <--- for at this time Pastor Wagner, I am still not convince that there is an Assurance of salvation, some may call it "Once saved always save" Please help me understand it Sir. Thank you!

John 17:3 salvation can only happen after faith/conversion though? What sense of eternal life are you talking about in this video?
