In this video guide, we will cover how you can use a code-signing certificate from an Active Directly Certificate Services infrastructure or using a public certificate authority such as DigiCert for signing third-party software updates in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Using a trusted PKI based code-signing certificate can be a good alternative to using a self-signed certificate.

A few questions on this video. Do you install the Patch My PC Publisher on the Software Update Point server when it is remote? Is this still possible when your Software Update Point server is remote and non SSL?

*Cab someone help me with this ?*

Can we use External SAN certificate ( Multi- Domain SSL certificate) in SCCM site server ?

One of the end user is not allowed to use Active directory domain based Windows CA server and they need a confirmation when SAN certificate can be used.

Note : Their active directory domain name is not publically resolvable, however the Dmz Distribution point Url is.
