I lost my job last July 2024, sabi ko mag papahinga lang ako ng isang buwan kailangan ko na ulit mag trabaho. After a month, nag apply ako sa iba't ibang company. May isang company na tumanggap kaso malayo sa tinitirahan ko so I have to look for another one. 3 consecutive companies, I failed. Nawalan ako ng hope, I suffered from anxiety. Had 2 panic attacks. Iniisip ko kung ano ba yung mali. I tried to apply again this month and natanggap ako, 1 week pa lang ako sa training nagka sakit ako and now I was informed na hindi na ko pwede mag continue sa class nila and need ko to wait for further updates. Now, on pending ang application ko at hindi ko alam kung kailan ako ulit mag uumpisa. Yung hope nawawala na. Hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko kasi sobrang hiya ko na sa family ko. Hanggang sa mapanuod ko to... Thank you for making this. It inspires me not to lose hope. I will continue to pray for the better days. ❤

In case you don’t know SB19:
• Pablo’s dad was an OFW. His mum had to take care of five kids while their dad was overseas
• SB19 member na si Ken and he only met his parents twice. His Lola brought him up and was very supportive of his dreams. She passed before Ken had any major shows.
• Josh’s dad abandoned them and never looked back. I get soft just imagining what he was thinking when listening to the dad who’s trying his best to put his life together for his kids. Josh didn’t have that redemption story with his dad. Last he heard, his dad is already senile.
• Stell had a good family life growing up he is the most sensitive in the group. He jokingly said in TVK: “pasensya na kung kasama ko magulang nung bata ako ah!” as everyone was sharing having to grow up away from a parent.
• Justin also had a comfortable childhoon with intact family. He is also sensitive. You can hear his voice break at 22:48. Can’t blame him I was bawling the whole time.

The case studies were their stories, too. But they didn’t make it about them. Not one bit. They were just grateful to be a part of the prod that has ab underlying message of hope.

They just stood there silently, with their heart on their sleeves. Listening intently to the stories.

They are simply my favourite people.

Ako si Ian, I had to stop my studies to support my family since 2020. Almost 4 years na akong hindi nakakabalik sa pag-aaral. Pero alam kong hindi laging ganito. God is still making ways, God is still moving. God is still in control. Kumakapit ako sa pag-asa.

Ang ganda nito. May mga pagkakataon talagang akala mo wala ka ng pagasa, naalala ko nung 2021, nagka covid ako. Sumuko na ako nun kasi walang tumanggap sa akin na hospital, tinananggap ko na hanggang dun nalang ako. Hirap na hirap ako huminga nun, Nagdasal ako nun bago ako matulog, sumuko ako kay Lord. Nagpasalamat at isinuko ko na ang lahat.

Kinabukasan, parang hindi ako nagkasakit. Iba si Lord, talagang God moves in mysterious ways, kapag may kinakapitan kang Diyos, walang imposible.
