Thank you for another great tutorial. In my eyes you have the best PS tutorials channel in YT. The only thing is that with all the photo filters in every cell phone these days I find this kind of photo editing doesn't receive the a lot of appreciation. Therefore I ask if you could teach us how to make a photo look like someone was "controlling wind". I recently saw a tiny whirlwind throwing leaves around and thought that it would make a cool photo to stand in the middle of it, but sadly it didn't photograph very well. Maybe you would help me create this effect in PS. Thank you =)
