I had a clutch on a pocket bike lock up it had a bunch of stuff done to its little engine so I face planted and got road rash at about 20mph

Needs a smaller sprocket. Drop a couple teeth and top speed would increase. Get rid of the cover and get a Renthal replacement. The OEMs never look trick.
