What these all reference,

Jeb_- The lead designer of Minecraft and the Chief Creative Officer of Mojang Studios

Dinnerbone- Real name Nathan Adams, he's a technical director at Mojang Studios, he's worked on Java and Bedrock editions, and it's launcher.

Grumm- Real name Erik Broes, he's a game developer at Mojang Studios, he was originally hired to develop the official modding API and maintain the Minecraft server, in August 2012, his duties were broadened to include general game development.

Toast- A tribute to a Minecraft player who lost their bunny named Toast

Johnny- A reference to the psychological horror classic, The Shining.

the toast one is quite sad because a minecraft fans rabbit went missing (😥😢😭and sadly died😭😢😥) so he asked minecraft to add it into the game and there it is a memorial for the rabbit witch will never be forgotten

Funfact: the toast bunny nametag was not actually made randomly there was a kid that has a bunny that was black and white that was called toast and his name was John John loved Minecraft and his bunny but sadly his bunny died after the Minecraft creator knew that his bunny died he added a secret nametag feature that looked exactly like his bunny if you put a nametag on a bunny “toast”
