I have a cousin who, on two separate occasions, hit me in the eye with a rock and a ball while we were playing catch as kids. I stopped playing catch with him, having realized the real danger was his throwing arm.

"eye injuries" is such a cheap complaint to make imho. anything and everything is an eye injury waiting to happen

sugar: can get in the eyes
salt: get in the eyes and burns
eyelash: can get in the eyes and hurt for hours, sometimes scratching the eye
pencil
pen
straw
knife
fork
spoon
broom
anything with a corner
anything less than 8 inches in diameter
EVERYTHING is an eye injury waiting to happen.

that's the complaint you make when you dont have any other valid complaints to make.

I'd say that the Praxis is actually the LEAST dangerous toy on the list. Those disks are super soft, rounded off, and don't hit hard at all. Even when I've been hit in the eye, no damage has been done.

Claw should have gotten a higher danger rate than the stomp rocket. Way more potential for "hard" plastic to cause eye trauma than foam almost wider than the eye-socket.
