Would be nice to do a follow-up video on locating the owners of the rings and charms.
A quick story....I was metal detecting a lake beach area where this young lady lost a ring as she asked me if I could check around for it but did not locate it. I asked her for her email in case I found it and could return it to her. The next day I went back and actually found the ring sereral yards from where she thought she lost it. There's not a better feeling than returning a lost item to the owner, it's a blessing!

I found a "Rebecca Ann Fleming" in the 1964 Senior class year book at Chamblee High School. I bet that's the owner of the "RAF" ring. That is the only pictured senior in the yearbook with those initials.

Its like everybody tubing down the river took their jewelry off NOT to lose it and somehow did!! 😮
What a treasure trove Nugget!

Somebody may have already commented on this or you may already researched it, but the Havalanta medallion for swimming was a sports competition started in the late 1940’s between students from Havana, Cuba and Atlanta, Georgia…hence the name. They rotated sites every other year….and competed in several different events, including swimming.

If you can find the owners of the class rings, please video the returns. I just love those kind of videos. I know it would mean more to me to return it than the price of the ring if I was to sell it.

What a honey hole you guys found. I think that rifle might be a Combat Infrantry Man’s badge.

The finds in that one spot seem suspicious of being dumped by a thief not wanting to get caught. It's possible they all just flowed into that spot, but it just seems like a lot of item's in one place, plus the class rings being both from 1964. Either way, nice finds, and if there is no name on the gold rings, the weight of them will be a good pay out for sure. Thanks for sharing, i always enjoy your treasure hunt's.
G-d bless.

The military badges are US Army lieutenant colonel rank and a combat infantrymen’s badge. The helicopter badge you get when you complete US Army Air Assault school.

Thanks for another great video. So nice to see young men enjoying a great hobby together. I am so happy to see the silver charm bracelet recovered from the bottom of the river. I would simply be devastated if I lost my bracelet. Each charm on mine holds a special memory of an event or of the person who gifted it to me. I was given mine in 1974 and because of what it means to me I still wear it. Thank you for sharing and please keep safe. 😊🇨🇦

WOW, what a find. I am sure by now, you have discovered that Chamblee High School is in Chamblee, GA near Atlanta, GA. Hope you can find the owners.

Wow that’s crazy to find so many pieces of jewelry it one spot. I bet someone stole it and dumped what they didn’t keep in the river.

You sure put that AT pro to the test. Your videos alone have convinced me to buy one.

Wow from New Mexico! Just amazing how many people the world over wear precious jewelry to the beach and swimming!

THE JEWLERY AND THE MEDALLIONS, THAT YOU TWO FOUND ARE FROM THE SAME PLACE. The dates are too close.
That looked like a burglar's bag of stolen items, and they dumped the stuff they couldn't pawn, or wasn't worth much in the river. All of that was from one home.
We found something similar out hunting and fishing one day on the side of a pond, just off a Farm to Market road.
