How to fix beginning balance issues when reconciling in QuickBooks Online

When you reconcile an account, you might see an alert saying your account isn’t ready to reconcile yet. This means something changed about your cleared transactions since you last reconciled.

Let’s go over how to correct your beginning balance when the dollar amount of a transaction was changed…unreconciled from the register…reconciled from the register without a proper reconciliation…deleted…or if there are too many changes and you’d just like to undo a reconciliation.

At 3:19 you explain that by re-entering a deleted transaction, you'll see a new transaction in the Reconciliation Discrepancy Report. What do I do once I have those two transactions in the report? Ignore them, if I know I've fixed that particular deletion?

I'm working on 2022 for a client but accidentally used 2023 as the statement date because it automatically jumped to 2023 when I went back to the rec window after making an adjustment. I just need to undo the last two reconciliations (which was easy on the desktop version) but I can't find it in search or help. During this video there is supposed to be a link to this specific issue, but it's not there.

I'm trying to do fix number 2, the page freezes when I try to change the transaction. I have tried in Chrome incognito and regular as well as Safari regular and private browsing.

Previous Accountant did the accounting wrong and reconciled the bank.
Now even I re-categorized/performed the Account correctly. It causes discrepancies saying "Deleted".

When I check the bank register those Transactions were not actually deleted and It's available and has been marked as "R" as well.

In this scenario. May I re-create deleted transaction and allocate them under owner drawings a/c to fix discrepancies? (Because I don't wabt to double any transactions)

HELP! I'm reconciling a check and savings account and when I turn the transactions to C they all reconcile correctly but when I switch them to R everything gets thrown off. The transactions are from back in 2021. If I leave them as C and do not turn them to R will it mess things up? I'm so far down this rabbit hole of transactions I'm not sure how to fix things?

I have several "deleted" transactions that need to be fixed, but I don't seem to have the column that allows me to change the status to C, R, etc. I am using QBO and am in Accountant view. Is there a way around that step if I don't have the option to reconcile in that way?
