IQ+Battle IQ, Combat+Skills to Homelander against Hulk. We're not talking about Professor Hulk here. Base Hulk is mindless while Homelander is very cunning and very good at manipulation. And Hulk has 0 BIQ feats while Homelander does have a bit of BIQ feats (I mean, he was able to figure out that Butcher made plan to kill him in Season 3). For Combat, Hulk always uses his strength while fighting opponents, he never uses combat while Homelander was able to put up a good fight against Soldier Boy, who is obviously far more skilled in combat than Hulk and Homelander matched him in combat. Still, Hulk slams Homelander with his little finger.

And Speed/Agility to Thor because he reacted to Quicksilver and can move in Quicksilver's accelerated perception and Quicksilver is much faster than Homelander.
