Iron Man destroys. Homelander from the comics isn't really that much more powerful than his live action counterpart

Toney was able to catch up to Thor the same Thor who was seen to be able to escape a black whole with his sheer speed. Also Toney done this in a weaker suit.

Tony was able to match Hulk in strength with his Hulk buster armor in Age Of Ultron. He also was able to make Thanos bleed in Infinity War.

Tony survived a full blast of the Power Stone without having his suit damaged. The same Power Stone that was shown to be able to destroy a planet with ease in the first Gaurdians of the galaxy movie.
Tony also survived getting crushed by a moon. Tony was also able to survive hits from Mjolnir and his suit was able to tank hits from Thor with no damage.

Tony takes IQ because this is self explanatory.
Tony also takes Battle IQ because he has a AI to analyse fight patterns and are able to come up with a counter to that fighting style.
