knowing how dots/hots snapshot is really important. medica 2/regen with asylum, usually overkill unless your group has a NASTY dot, is taking back to back aoe damage, or your tank is so bad you HAVE to spam heals on them.

Regen was always a good spell, it helps regenerate HP

This is the same premise with dots as well. If you add a dot on a boss with damage increase buffs on you. Those ticks will do more damage under that new value increase. If you refresh the dot outside of those buffs then you've essentially applied a weaker dot over the stronger one.

I love the fact that they increased the diameter on Asylum and Sacred Ground. It's so huge now and it makes getting these buffs much easier. The problem is, I still somehow get with tanks that walk out of the Asylum instead of tanking the mobs in it >_>

I’ve noticed in savages, most healers don’t use regens. I’m assuming it’s mainly a dungeon thing?

Not true for Liturgy of the bell, it checks your bonus healing every pulse. It works like a pet.
