Hi everyone! Thanks so much for making these baos with me! If you're making a bunch, you can store them in the fridge for a week or so. You can also pop them in the freezer where they'll be fresh for a few months. Separate them with parchment paper so they don't stick to each other and it'll be much easier to take out as well.

When reheating baos, wrap it in a wet towel or wet paper towel, place it on a plate, and microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 45 seconds is usually the sweet spot for me. Be careful when removing the paper towel, as the steam can be very hot.

OMG it is sooo adorable 😍 I've mastered making normal buns during lockdown. After 17 years in England I was so chuffed to finally able to make it myself lol I used to buy them from Chinese shops here. This; however; is taking it to another level!!!
