The reason he’s so different from all the other tanks is, well… he’s not a tank. Sure, he has plenty of health, but he’s way more support coded. All that health can’t be used to deal damage since his damage is so low, so the only REAL use for the massive amounts of health he has is to support his teammates with his super. It’s the same deal with meeple, honestly. It’s so hard to use his super to control, like he’s meant to do, because his reload and unload speed is so low, so all he can do is use his super to support his teammates and let them shoot through walls.

On top of the references you pointed out, "Bring The Ruckus" is a Wu-Tang Clan reference, and "Hypnotize" is a Notorious B.I.G reference, "Renegade" is a Jay-Z ft. Eminem reference, and "Kick, Push, " is a Lupe Fiasco reference

I think the best loadout for him is definetely the jump(unless you are on a longe range map then the ammo taunt) and shield starpower, defintely wanna run health gear on this guy and you can use either shield or damage unless its a bushy map in which you would use vision
