So with this being said & the Fed pausing…has a new borrowing APR standard been set? Will we possibly see anything less than 5%? Or is this similar to what they did with gasoline? 10 years ago no one would believe we’d be happy paying $3 per gallon. Is it the same?

FEDs not increasing interest rates does not mean that the recession is over. Its too early to really say anything is over or will continue.
