OH GOD THE ENDING FOR ARCANE. OH GOD. Well now we know her story... Anyways, now we have an explanation for the lyrics...

( SPOILERS )

"Wanna join me? Come and play. But I might shoot you in your face" - About Jinx's wildcard behavior and how you're never sure what she's gonna to do or who's side she'll pick.

"Bombs and bullets will do the trick" - Jinx uses bombs and bullets to solve her problems.

"What we need here is a little bit of panic" - She doesn't care about anything anymore as long as she has fun along the way. She's pretty much an agent on chaos now.

"Do you ever wanna catch me? Right now I'm feeling ignored. So can you try a little harder? I'm getting bored" - Her playful nature and how she's love combat as well as being hunted.

"Come on, shoot faster. Just a little bit of energy. I wanna try something fun right now. Some people call it anarchy" - Pretty much a repeat of her being an agent of chaos and is now too far gone.

"Let's blow the city to ashes" - This is about both her literally turning the council members meeting room into and her starting a war that will end is ashes.

"And see what Pow Pow thinks. It's such pathetic neatness. But not for long cause you'll get jinxed" - Several meanings behind this. "Pow Pow" is obviously a reference to her old self (Powder) and also a reference to what Vi WANTS her to be, literally being a nickname Vi calls her. The "and see" part is in a mocking tone because Jinx has completely given up on her old self now and she's only Jinx, far too gone now. Lastly for the Pow Pow bit, she also has visions of her older self, so it could be a triple meaning and be her directly talking to the old her. The "pathetic neatness" part is her pretty much insulting her old self for being weak and for being too kind/innocent/perfect. The last part about being "Jinxed" connects to the neatness portion, with her essentially say "It wont stay neat/perfect forever, because I'm a jinx that ruins everything I touch". Also, the "you" part is her pretty much saying, "If you get close to me, you'll get ruined (jinxed) too".

"So much better, so much fun. Let's start from scratch and blow up the sun" - About how much more she enjoys her new life and the chaos it brings, throwing away everything about her old life to start fresh, even if everything else has to burn in the process. You can also metaphorically consider the council members meeting room as the sun and her blowing it up as a symbol of starting fresh.

"Come on and get jinx" - She's threatening anyone to challenge her and get "jinxed", AKA defeated/killed.
