II. Fighting for the American Worker has been one of the most difficult thing to be done for the past 50 years and will be worst in the coming decades.
III. The Class-based Policies that did protect our working class from 1950 to 1980 became impossible to be implemented since the 80s. In fact, as said recently, the Supply Chains and Neoliberal Capitalisms on one hand and the Financial Globalization and move towards Complexity Economy Era on the second hand have increased the obsolescence of the demand policies that were protecting them.
Since the rise of the Low-cost Locations in the Global South, their negotiation power has been weakened.
Unfortunately, the acceleration of the adoption Industrial Robots with its associated automation will worsen the situation. Even more the Trade Wars won't help them overtime.
IV. Yes Pr Trump! you're doing your best in order to protect them. And we've shown to all that WE HAVE A MAGIC WAND NEEDED TO BRING THEIR JOBS BACK HOME.
V. However, Pr Trump, we're not here to sell utopia and illusion to the people that we love.
5.1. Yes, with the Trumpism, very soon, we'll transform the U.S. into a New Global Low-cost and Outsourcing Center.
5.2. Yes! very soon, we'll improve simultaneously the Price-based and Quality-based Competitive Advantage throughout the simultaneous improvement of the ability of the U.S. to produce Low-added, Middle-added and High-added Value Goods and Services for its Low-income, Middle-income and High-income People and the ones of the world.
However, the above transformation will be Capital-intensive not Labor-intensive because of AI-related and Robotics-driven Innovation and Technologies.
Nevertheless, as explained before, we've everything to create the Labor-intensive activities of the 21st century. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES-GREEN AND CLEAN SERVICES-HOSPITALITY SERVICES-CREATIVE INDUSTRIES-SPORTS AND MEGA SPORTING ACTIVITIES among others will help.
VI. Our people need to understand as well that 80% of the global middle class will be located in the low-cost locations of the Global South. The North will only have 20% and many of them will be located in the European's Estern and Central Countries. May be the U.S. will 5% to 8% of the Global South of the future.
VII. So don't rely on me to talk about the Middle Class Economy as a solution for them. Of course, we currently need to all our best to bridge the Productivity-Pay Gap but our Unskilled, Low-skilled and Medium-skilled workforce need to accelerate their competencies and skills in order to increase their chance..
80% of the future jobs does not exist needs to be ready to capture the opportunities of the 21st century.
