PLEASE STAY AWAY from community associations... They are big ripoffs... Typically, you do not own the property or even the building. Basically, you're an apartment dweller.
Uncontrolled association costs... that never go away. These places are typically very difficult to sell and get out of too.

Prescott Vally sucks, it is all about growth, they packed up the pronghorn and sent them away and now want to make a 5 lane highway through the Dells. They want to be the biggest city in Northern Arizona. We have a HUGE water problem and questionable leadership. Developments are never-ending and we are starting to look like California. But they don't want you to know that.
