People aren't laughing at the actual meaning of the prayer, they're laughing at how capable this man is when doing accents and how spot on he is when reaching specific parts of the Adhaan - its exactly how we laugh when people imitate other people. Its nothing hateful or haram.

The Bengali azan is literary from my near village in Chittagong, Bangladesh. It reminds me of my old days where I grew up.
I don't know whereabouts of this person I never saw him but this azan literary bring back the memory of my childhood and boyhood days.
