I work food delivery in The Netherlands and Vapiano here is also terribly slow. I get paid by the hour though instead of by the order so I don't mind as much.

Bruh i feel ur pain.. Where im from fast food places are the worst.. Longest i ever had to wait was 45mins 2 orders from the same place..
And what always irks me is 5 mins before ur shift ends and u are almost home 1 order will come in asking u take from q place far from ur house and send it further away🤬

Vapiano is living up to their Name. They‘re always so slow, in and country apparently😂
Ich went to the place and they took 20 minutes to make me a salad 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

It might not seem like a big deal I suppose, but at the end when you announce you had a delivery, and the other person says "yeah that's fine";

I cannot see any situation where you wouldn't immediately think they were lying about being the customer.
