Taking pictures of the Sunflower Galaxy and Venus! An imaging night in Tokyo

I had another amazing night, with rare "good" seeing (by Tokyo standards) - follow me on this night hunting after Venus, and the beautiful Sunflower Galaxy!

I just can't get over the fact that I managed this timelapse at 06:42!! So excited about that!

Another great video. You're my new favourite AP channel guy. Your enthusiasm is great. +1 for optimal exposure tool video. It just seems to generate nonsense numbers for me (normally way, way too short suggested exposures). I wonder if it's based upon CMOS, I have a CCD. Keep up the good work. Clear skies, stay safe.

i use NINA also, with a Pegasus and my steps are 125 with an IN of 200 works fairly well... in SGP its Flawless, but the HFR is always a bit high (4.5-5.75) on a VRC-6. My friend has a C11 and gets a HFR of 2.90, makes no sense.... Love your excitement and energy , keep em coming...

+1 for optimal exposure tool and lets see what the effects are when we change filters - does it make sense. Optimized laziness play list as well. What I like the most is the way you explain things, its straight to the point and very very understandable. Maybe a complete explanation on each tab in NINA on what each switch does and how it interacts with "stuff". I know you have does this already with several tabs. For me it would be the Operators guide to NINA. I think you would receive many views. Clear Skies!!

I know the feeling, my brain cannot understand this that through a telescope (glass or mirror) you see a planet that is millions of kilometers away and still can see. I always get goosebumps from this. 🥴

Love the video! Just found this channel
Especially loved the timelapse where you show the rig and the recorded data in the corner!
Might do that as well in a video myself :)
Keep up the great content!

Nice result Cuiv, I wonder if the C8 would match with my Heq5Pro mount or slightly too heavy?
