So lovey to see this! Ms. April Berry was a dance faculty starring artist. She introduced me to Mr. Alvin Ailey’s majestic legacy. I’ll never forget Ms. Berry’s dedication, strength and artistry. She brought the late master, Katherine Dunham, to Denison. I still workout performing Lester Horton “flat backs” and Dunham hip isolations. Thank you! thank you! THANK YOU ALL!!
