It’s not possible to cut the internet by cutting a few cables. Yes you can stop it in a few places, but on a large scale internet will not be possible to shut down. That’s the advantage of decentralization of Internet. But what happened a few days ago was as close as it comes to that. Facebook, Whatsappp, Instagram all crashed for 5 hours.
