I rly love the Richelieu, it was my first T7 ship. It's also my biggest damage game ship for the moment, with 172k dmg. And I just restarded the game this summer after I deleted it 2 years ago.
Also fun fact : Richelieu was named after the "prime minister" of french king Louis XIII in early 17th century : Cardinal Armand Jean du Plessis de Richelieu.

On PC, French BBs get a bonus damage multiplier against medium armor. Basically, that's most cruisers and the super structure of ships that aren't all-or-nothing schemed. Basically, the Germans. I think that's the same here, too. That's why some shots seem to do so much damage compared to others. I wanna test it someday.

I built mine for dispersion reduction and use it for sniping, in one match I disabled both a Jean Bart and Richelieu’s guns multiple times at 18 km

You said it... I can snipe even at max range with a Jean Bart but for the love of god when you do that in a Richelieu is just a fluke... Is like the Bismark and the B... maybe is just pay to win, but it just depends who is at the helm at the end of the match
