I have the outsunny single person it came with air mattress sheets and pillow An sleeping bag. Can I haven't even tried it yet but summer is coming

In my opinion, the very best cot tents are in Australia. These types of smallish tents are called "swags". Very roomy and comfortable, designed to be mounted onto a cot. They always come with foam mattresses, which makes them very heavy and bulky. I am sure if you replace that mattress with an inflatable one and leave out your sleeping bag and stuff, they can pack up in a more compact manner.
Myself, I found a feasible solution for my motorbike. Cot, mattress and tent are all separate components. The key are the length and width, which have to be as close as possible (the mattress can be smaller, no problem. But tent and cot are crucial).

The outsunny one is great but you have to poke holes (at least 4; one in the center of each quarter) in the cot since the water catches in the cot if it rains; putting the holes in makes it a nonissue though since the rainwater will go through the holes onto the ground
