OK, a couple things here.
I'm a lifelong military historian and a US Army veteran. I'm also a Civil War reenactor who marches in three parades a year with my unit, two on Independence Day and one on Veterans Day. So I've been to more than one 'dog and pony show'. I have more than a vague notion of what I'm talking about here.

1. Why is it that most content creators just love showing the band and almost never the troops? The troops are the reason why the frikkin' band is there to begin with, and you rarely if ever see the band doing the dangerous stuff... not to say that they don't work hard, they do, but you're not gonna see a military bandsman walking a patrol in the back ass of nowhere.

2. In this particular band's case, the drummers did a good job [it's special kind of miserable trying to march in step when the frikkin' drummer is off], but the rest of the band had the military bearing of wet mop. I don't know who is in charge of them, but somebody needs to put some backbone in them. They weren't 'marching', they were 'strolling along in step'. You don't have to march like you're in a North Korean military parade, but at least have enough pride in yourself and your unit to look the part when you're in front of the public.
