At an Australian restaurant in Berlin (can you believe it?) I had a plate with ostrich, crocodile and kanguruh. I liked all three of them, ostrich the most. In Egypt I had fried bat wings (amazing!) and camel steak (tough).

The ostrich is begging to be sliced super thin for a sandwich. The kangaroo would probably make a good taco with a strong seasoning rub. I figured out the croc because it looks just like the gator meat we get in Texas

Alligator tastes like chicken.
I will pass on zebra, kangaroo, & ostrich.
I have had emu. Try it. Had it as a burger. Low fat and healthy. Little wild tasting though.
