Hello from England, Dr Ellis! A question about skincare and exercise, please: how do I best protect my sensitive skin from the cold while jogging outside in winter? I want to slather on a thick layer of Nivea like a warm fatty coat for my face, but presumably that's not a good idea? Would be very grateful for your thoughts!
I should mention that my body hates the cold so much it often gives me urticaria - argh.

Walking on level ground, even with a weighted vest, is too easy, so I prefer walking up and down steep hills and/or using special shoes I designed and 3-D printed that replicate the effort required to walk in moderately deep snow or sand. I also came up with a shoe design that imparts a uniquely pleasurable sensation with every step, thereby making walking inherently rewarding.
