Samsung Galaxy M12 Hard reset//Pattern unlock

Easy tutorial how to hard reset (unlock pattern)
on Samsung Galaxy M12 .
Hard reset no working with locked google account (make sure you know your password before reseting!)
1.) Make Pattern, join cable from pc, turn off.
2.) Hold ON/OFF+Volume UP(At logo release ON/OFF,still hold Volume Up)
3.) WIPE DATA/ FACTORY RESET
4.) REBOOT SYSTEM NOW
5.) HARD RESET DELETE ALL DATA IN DEVICE!!!

Also if someone is not able to power down their phone without the password (I wasn’t) simply click the power and volume down button and as soon as the device powers down shift to the volume up button while keeping the power button pressed. Once the Samsung logo appears you can release the power button but keep the volume up button pressed

When I do this with my M12 EXACTLY how it is shown in the video, it boots normally after the VOLUME UP + ON/OFF Hold followed by ON/OFF Release and only VOLUME UP Hold.
My grandpa forgot his password and he can't get back into his phone. Any other solutions? Anybody knows, why my phone doesn't accept the key combination?
