I didn't remote view, but three months before my father died, I had dreams, the first one him coming to the bar as a passenger in a white Lincoln continental full of people and saying goodbye to everyone, saying he was " going home" and then we went to the pool table and when he shot, all I could see rolling was the eightball. I recorded five dreams in a row on the reverse speech app. I had on my phone. The fifth dream i said, this is the last dream I'm recording. I had four or five more after that, him giving me family pictures ect.
I told him about the dreams about a month and a half before he died.

You can teach yourself. It's more simple than most think. Meditation, and breathing was key for me.

I didn't do the targeted military path, but you can force your brain to skip preparing but I wouldn't suggest that. Only because there could be unforseen side effects or brain functionality damage.

I just remote view without a predetermined target but do those as well to confirm that I can do this. However, you can view other planets, star systems, ECT, ECT, ECT.

I need some viewers help. Bc no training and it's now been years with a little girl missing. And when I heard you say about resolving what I didn't get. All these years later...it's unresolved...yet more prominent people I won't say are now more connected to what I remember from 2005. How suspicious it all is.
