Thanks for your video Caffeworks! The instructions that come with the kit are useless, so your video really helped me a lot. And for anyone attempting this install at home, my recommendation is to review this video, and review the VanCompass Transit lift kit instructions, prior to starting. The VanCompass instructions are comprehensive and also give torque specs, which the TransitOffroad kit omits for some reason. And I also had Brett, the owner of Foes Racing, on speed dial during the install, and he was really helpful too. Its not an easy job, but totally doable with the right tools.

How many miles were on this van at the time of putting on the lift? The reason I ask is because usually that back, really long bolt that goes up through the K frame, is completely seized to the A arm bushing it goes through. Those bolts are also torque to yield, should be replaced and torque to spec, which I believe is 180 ftlbs plus 180 degrees. (but check, don't take my word for it)

I've been thinking of installing one of these kits myself, have you had any issues with the suspension arm or rear Bush fouling on the sub frame at full suspension travel also how close was the ball joint to maxing out.
