Tried this recipe for the first time today, just had them not even 5 minutes ago with some cheese burgers for dinner, literally put me to tears they're so good. Light and fluffy, they soak up butter and toast really well, I'm not sure if it's even technically possible to be nostalgic for something you've never had before, but this was it for me, 10/10 everyone needs to try this at least once, no question.

This is such a great and forgiving recipe. I only use AP flour and it still always works. I've forgotten to add the egg at the beginning, and only did at the end, still turned out good. Forgot the egg wash, was still pretty decent. Shaped as a pumpkin because it's Fall now, came out great. THANK YOU!

Made these for the first time last night!!! WOW!!! Sooo good! I couldn't believe how soft they were and how amazing they smelled! You would have thought I made croissants... I did have to add extra flour while kneading because it was TOO sticky.... and you said 20-25 minutes ( and I know all ovens are different ), but I set the timer for 20 minutes, and checked on them at 16 minutes, there were DONE!! They were perfectly done, no complaints, but I'm glad I didn't leave them in for another 4 minutes!

This is an amazing recipe! I did do some things differently, because I prefer a high hydration dough. I am here to tell you, this s a GREAT recipe! Thank you. First time I have ever had to make hamburger buns....Man, they are the best EVER!

I just did these and honestly they took a lot of time but totally worth it and better than commercial ones I highly recommend this recipe it turned out as good as it is in the video ! Well done 👍✅

Ok so I tried the recipe and it’s WONDERFUL!!! This is my first time making bread and it came out so good!
Only thing I’d point out is depending on how hot your oven gets it’s best leave them in the oven for about 15-18minutes

Going to make these tomorrow. Will follow up with the results. Ty, great video. I hate buying anything from the store except for ingredients to make clean food at home. I don't really even enjoy going to restaurants much anymore because whatever I get ALWAYS is made better at home, and way cheaper.
