I completely agree with the judge. The man even called the radio station and they confirmed for him to do it. He would have won in a jury trial as well.

Could you imagine being the second participant to tattoo KRUD across their forehead?

The moment they agreed he'd been told it was legitimate, they lost.

That’s justice. The radio station said they “feel bad for him” but if that was legit, then they would have AT LEAST offered to pay for the laser tattoo removal. They offered nothing.

You can't hide the fact that it's a prank behind a link that's in fine print and reasonably expect everyone to notice and follow through. They're 100% at fault and the fact that they started acting like petty, angry children when they lost their case says everything about them.

I think that was the right verdict. While he didn't read the disclaimer (eye issues), he did take the step to call the station and a person there confirmed it was real...can't blame him. Justice was served.

Them screaming at him at the end shows exactly what kind of people they are.

“He doesn’t deserve it” If she is on the same situation as him, she would do the same for sure.

They clearly didn’t even care that they tricked him. They gave themselves away at the end there and actually started to belittle the guy. Sad. I’m glad they lost

This seemed really genuine. No one here was guilty of bad acting. 100% legit. For sure

The best judge. Justice was served for this blessed man who was in a desperate for money to help his parents.

'You have a huge responsibility because its a liability to the people that own the station. We couldnt do anything like that unless it was approved by the general manager and the owner of the radio station'

"Well the radio station here, they approved it according to Ms Young."

'Yeah and, uh, they in court'
😂😂😂

I felt horrible for this guy and honestly this is a bad image for your business. They acted like children at the end… thank you Krud, a radio station I’ve never heard of, for showing all of us your true colours. You two are awful people.

The second a judge says "Let get in to the legal sauce", you run right out of that courthouse.
