If you find it hard to control, yeah you gotta be "gentle with it", also there is a small chance that clockwork screwes up the center of mass that can be a problem too, then just reload the world

its all fun and games untill a bad boy with a flint and steal lights one block upp then the wholle thing goes to ashes since most of it is made out of wood XD

I could never get planes to work, my plane would nose dive and after changing its weights it would continusly elevate non stop and would not level. and when turning it would tilt but still move in a straight line. and i could never find a good tutorial that addresses this issues

2-. What if you make the wings retract upwards while on ground mode?

Quick suggestion for the cuttingboard issue! Use a Hopper, or an upsidedown Basket to collect the fallen chopped bits!
